So I thought that creating this blog would mean I would be better at keeping you guys informed... WRONG! So since it has been a few days since my last post... ;) I will update you with pictures summarizing my trip rather than words. Some of these were taken on my iPhone so they aren't GREAT quality but it's better than nothing. Here goes...

Valdez, Alaska. An atypical sunny day looking out from our shop, enjoying the rays.

Worthington Glacier, Pangaea's ice climbing spot & good weather getaway. Sometimes, it could be pouring in Valdez & we could head up over Thompson Pass and Worthington would be sunny and rain free!

Shelley, our office manager, got to get out and belay for Pete, our ice climber, so he could get some climbing in!

Mama came and visited for a week, we had a beautiful day and drove around thanks to Berto!
Buoy #9. A great spot to see Stellar Sea Lions on our way to Columbia Glacier.
One of the many pieces of ice Columbia Glacier drops daily.

Laura's birthday, celebrating Alaskan style.

Max and I's excursion around "River One" on a day off outside Heather Bay.
Fresh shrimp for dinner!

Josh and I on a camping trip at 17 mile beach, we caught some Pinks.

Stellar Sea Lions off Bull Head beach on a 3 day camping trip. We paddled with them for quite some time that day.
Chitina River, dropping guests off with our friends @ Copper Oar Rafting.

Mom and I found these @ Allison Point one night, we were in search of the bears... all we found were their tracks.

Blueberry Lake outside of Valdez on the way over Thompson Pass... I don't know where they hide the blueberries though.

Sammy baby enjoying an evening on Kite Beach, a short stroll from the homestead with dog Laika in tow.

Signs pointing towards our tents in the back of the homestead. We had a tent crawl for my golden birthday...
We couldn't crawl or drink fast enough... so we just double fisted. Great time.Mineral Creek, on the way to the Homestead.
My last day in Valdez, I turned Max's beard into chop central and we slaughtered some Silvers. A perfect end to an amazing summer. :)
Hank & Meekin picked me up from the airport and greeted me with a PBR, a dog and an article in Sunset Magazine called "Alaska Therapy" which talks about sea kayaking with Pangaea.
Now it's back to beer...
wide open spaces...
and days filled with readings until the long awaited December 17th. Graduation day.
